The Review:

I've been a "pirate" most of the grade school years and into college so it was only fitting that B have a pirate ship of his own! This pirate ship comes complete with a helm that they can steer and swords that they can play with! It's made of corrugated cardboard and can be colored to fit your child's personality. There will be many adventures in this fun playhouse! It was relatively easy to put together (although I didn't attempt it myself) and there are no tools needed! It was larger than I had expected so you will want to have playroom, basement, or some extra space so your child(ren) can crawl in and out of it with ease. Fortunately, we had a good amount of extra space in our office area.

I think this is the coolest playhouse! It's a fun place to play or even a really cool place to nap. Filled with some toys, B has his own little play place. Add a few pillows and a blanket, and B has the coolest place to nap around!

My only issue is that after a week of kiddos in and out, the cardboard piece on the bottom tore. It was no big deal though. I took some clear packaging tape and reinforced the bottom around the opening as well as the sides (see picture) and now it's really sturdy! If you have older children, you could easily explain to them that they have to be careful. Because B is still a toddler, he doesn't understand as well.

Here's B in his nap area with the choice toy of the moment - "ca ca" (calculator). I think Mama likes the ship as much as B does! This really is the coolest playhouse!
There are many options for your child's imagination:

  14. I follow you on GFC and I would pick the Medieval Castle.
I laughed when i saw this giveaway because just last night I had some shipping boxes, a pen and tape and planned on making my son a cardboard play house. Half way into making it I had to stop because it would be like $20 just in tape! I even said there has got to be a company who makes this easier! lol I hope I win this one
